  1. I was wondering whether your Sustainable Power / Heart Rate corresponded to you FTP or your LT1/VT1, and how you arrive at the value

    1. Hi Cary. In essence, it’s an estimate of the heart rate that you can hold for an hour based upon (a) analysis of the heart rates that you’ve actually sustained recently over different time windows, and (b) empirical population analysis of relative heart rates over these time windows.
